There are grant or bursaries available to support learners in certain circumstances or studying particular courses. e.g. If you’re aged 24 or above, you may be able to get a 24+ Advanced Learning Loan to pay the fees for courses at Levels 3 and 4. It’s a financial help for undergraduate full-time or part-time courses in England,

This is in addition to any loans or grants you might apply for, and you can apply if:

  you live in England

  you’re studying an undergraduate course for the first time

  you’re planning to study in England

  you have a household income of £25,000 or less

Other EU nationals might be eligible for some awards.
